Return & Refund Policy


Returns

If you would like to return a product, please email us at cs@dreamswear.com and include the invoice number in the subject line and also attach the invoice in the email. You will need to give valid reasons why you want to return the item back to us. You can also call us at +852 3461 3271 for any enquiries.

Additional requirements: 

  1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with hang tags attached. 
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or to your HSBC Payme Account or your bank account via FPS, depending on your payment method. For credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

If you would like to exchange your products due to wrong size, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable for exchange. However, for product defects DreamsWear will be responsible for paying shipping costs both ways in case of exchange.
